Technical Sales Position at Electro Optical Industries Inc.

The Technical Sales will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information as well as resolving technical issues.

Description:

·         Increase revenue by identifying target markets, executing outbound calls and visits to prospective customers

·         Support marketing operations by compiling, formatting, preparing materials and reporting collected information

·         Build customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business

·         Document and update customer records based on interactions

·         Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

·         Perform product demonstration and provide technical customer support

·         Work in a team environment to achieve common goals

·         Be the face of Electro Optical Industries, represent the company at networking events, trade exhibitions, conferences and travel to customer sites as required

Requirements & Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Technology Management, Marketing or equivalent experience

·         Technical aptitude capable of understanding and learning products and applications quickly

·         Ability to travel

·         Superior written and verbal communication skills

·         Must possess conflict resolution, negotiation, personal effectiveness, creative problem solving, strategic thinking, team building, and influencing skills

·         Capable of providing creative solutions to customer concerns/complaints with the ability to handle rejection
