Overview of the seminars:
In order that new graduate and undergraduate students may become familiar with the research program going on in CREOL, and also to learn about any opportunities for students to becoming involved in research, we are introducing a seminar series, “Introduction to Research at CREOL” in which UCF’s Optics faculty will give brief (25 minute) talks about research in their groups.
As a reminder…While these talks are primarily aimed at students who are looking for a research group, all students are strongly encouraged to attend. Also, first year graduate students on a CREOL graduate fellowship are required to attend. The schedule for the upcoming seminars is as follows:
Tuesday, September 8 (12-1pm): Kyle Renshaw & Yajie Dong (Please note this seminar will be in 102)
Friday, September 11 (12-1pm): Peter Delfyett & Rodrigo Amezcua
Tuesday, September 15 (12-1pm): David Hagan & Other Faculty To Be Announced

Tuesday, September 22 (12-1pm): Sean (Shuo) Pang & Sasan Fathpour
