Funds for Teachers

Fund for Teachers invites you to design a summer learning experience that builds on your interests and benefits your students.
Fund for Teachers supports educators' efforts to develop skills, knowledge and confidence that impact student achievement. By trusting teachers to design unique fellowships, Fund for Teachers grants validate teachers' professionalism and leadership, as well. Since 2001, Fund for Teachers has invested $20 million in more than 5,500 teachers, transforming grants into growth for teachers and their students.
After awarding $20 million in teacher grants to 5,500 teachers since 2001, Florida teachers are finally eligible for Fund for Teachers grants beginning this year
Here’s a link to the 2013 Fellows and odysseys they designed last summer. This link provides you with all the information you need to start and submit a successful grant application for up to $5,000 per individual and $10,000 per team. And the attached digital postcard simplifies getting the word out.
The online application is available now and due 1/30/14. And this issue of the newsletter is devoted entirely to STEM teachers and their fellowships to serve as a little inspiration.
