ALUMNI ASSOCIATION SCHOLARSHIPS NOW AVAILABLE!

Each year the UCF Alumni Association awards more than $40,000 in

scholarships to UCF students demonstrating strong academic ability and

significant extracurricular and community involvement. The UCF Alumni

Association is pleased to again offer more than a dozen scholarship

opportunities for the 2015-2016 academic year.

Applications are now available on myUCF.  You are encouraged to apply

for as many scholarships for which you are eligible.

Apply for scholarships based on eligibility* by following these simple

steps:

1.      Read all scholarship criteria and complete ALL required

supporting documents prior to submitting your application

2.      Log into myUCF

3.      Select "Student Self Service"

4.      Click on "Scholarship Application"  "Home Page"  "Add New

Scholarship"

5.      Complete and submit application(s)

*Scholarships will appear in myUCF based on eligibility requirements

specific to each scholarship. Criteria used to determine eligibility

includes, but is not limited to: GPA, class standing and academic

program. Read the selection criteria for each scholarship in which you

wish to apply to make sure meet that specific criteria.

Scholarships Available:

.       Charles N. & Frances Millican Scholarship - senior serving in a

leadership role

.       Presidents' Scholarship - senior

.       Alumni Fellows Scholarship - sophomore, junior, graduate students

.       UCF Alumni Legacy Scholarship - undergrad, any class standing

.       Community/State College Scholarship - undergrad, transfer student

w/AA

.       4EVER KNIGHTS Scholarship - 4EK members, any class standing

.       Parent Donor - Student Scholarship - any class standing, parent

is a donor to UCF Fund

.       Phoenix Scholarship - non-traditional student

.       Jack & Monica Thorsen Veteran Scholarship - undergrad, any class

standing, who served in the U.S. Military

.       St. Onge Family Leadership Endowed Scholarship - undergrad,

sophomore or junior serving in a leadership role

.       Amy G. Buchman, '95, Memorial Endowed Scholarship - any class

standing, permanent resident of Pinellas/Hillsborough counties in Florida

.       Chicago UCF Alumni Chapter Scholarship - permanent resident of

the state of Illinois

.       Lee A. Dumas Memorial Endowed Scholarship - any class standing,

permanent resident of Volusia/Flagler counties in Florida, attending

UCF Daytona Beach Campus

.       Debbie K. Phillis Space Coast - UCF Scholarship - any class

standing, permanent resident of Brevard county in Florida

.       Southeast Florida Knight Scholarship - freshman, permanent

resident of Dade/Broward counties in Florida

.       UCF Young Alumni Chapter Graduate Student Scholarship - graduate

student

.       Tampa Bay Knights Legacy Scholarship - undergrad, any class

standing from Tampa Bay Area

.       Dr. William K. Grasty Memorial Scholarship - undergrad, junior or

senior in the Nicholson School of Communication

Be sure to visit www.ucfalumni.com/scholarships for all criteria and

application steps for each scholarship.

The deadline to apply is midnight, Tuesday, March 31, 2015. Late or

incomplete applications will not be considered.
